Usage & credits
One credit balance — use it for both image and video.
Each successfully processed image costs 10 credits. If processing or submission fails, no credits are deducted.
Billed by duration and resolution: 1.3 credits/sec at 720p and below, 1.6 credits/sec above 720p
Payments & credits
If you were charged but your credits are missing, sign in to the account used for the purchase and refresh the payment result. If it remains unconfirmed, contact support with your order number before paying again.
Creem handles payment on the next page. 550W does not collect your full card details.
Refund Policy
Send an email to support@550wai.com from your account email address, including your order number and the reason for your request. We will review your request and, if it is approved, instruct Creem to issue the refund to your original payment method.
Files & privacy
We do not use uploaded images or videos to train models. Files are kept for limited periods; download your results promptly. See our Privacy Policy for retention periods and the services involved in processing.
