Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for credits purchased on 550W Video Eraser at eraser.550wai.com, which is operated by an independent individual developer. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. Payments and refunds are handled by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record (the authorized seller) for your purchase. As a result, the charge may appear as "CREEM.IO" or "Creem" on your bank or card statement, and Creem is responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable taxes.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within seven (7) days of your purchase. The refundable amount is limited to the value of the credits you have not yet used at the time we process your request. To request a refund, contact us at support@550wai.com from the email address associated with your account. Nothing in this Policy affects any statutory right of withdrawal or refund you may have as a consumer under applicable mandatory law.
Non-Refundable Amounts
Credits that have already been used — that is, credits consumed by completed or in-progress processing tasks — are non-refundable, because the corresponding processing costs have already been incurred. Requests made more than seven (7) days after purchase are generally not eligible, except where a refund is required under applicable mandatory law.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@550wai.com from your account email address, including your order number and the reason for your request. We will review your request and, if it is approved, instruct Creem to issue the refund to your original payment method.
Processing Time
We aim to review refund requests within three (3) business days of receipt. Once a request is approved, the refund is processed by Creem as the merchant of record and issued to your original payment method.
Time to Receive Your Refund
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically take five (5) to ten (10) business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. If you have not received an approved refund after this period, please contact us at support@550wai.com.
