If you were charged but your credits are missing, sign in to the account used for the purchase and refresh the payment result. If it remains unconfirmed, contact support with your order number before paying again.
You may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of your purchase. The refundable amount is limited to the value of the credits you have not yet used at the time we process your request. Nothing in this Policy affects any statutory right of withdrawal or refund you may have as a consumer under applicable mandatory law.
