We collect the following categories of information: (1) Account information — when you sign in through our authentication provider, Supabase, we receive your email address and a unique account identifier. (2) Content you provide — images and videos uploaded for processing, generated thumbnails, converted image files where required, processing tasks, and resulting output files. (3) Usage and device information — such as your approximate region, device and browser type, pages visited, task status, and credits consumed, collected in part through web analytics using cookies or similar technologies. (4) Payment information — we do not collect or store your full payment card details; payments are processed by Creem or Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment data under its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS-compliant security standards.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to authenticate your account; validate, convert where necessary, process, display, and deliver the images and videos you submit; generate task-list thumbnails; maintain your credit balance; provide customer support; operate, analyze, and improve the Service; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, unsafe files, and security incidents; and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use uploaded images or videos to train models.

Data Retention

Retention of uploaded files and generated results depends on the file and task. We keep them only as needed to provide the Service and meet applicable legal requirements.

Disclosure and Third-Party Services

We share information only as necessary to operate the Service with service providers acting under their own privacy and security commitments: Supabase for sign-in and identity authentication; dedicated infrastructure and cloud services for video processing and file delivery; TextIn for requested image watermark and text removal; Creem or Dodo Payments for payment processing and merchant-of-record services; and web analytics providers using cookies or similar technologies to measure traffic. TextIn receives only the image data and technical request information needed for the requested image processing. We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users or others. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We limit data retention as described above to reduce risk.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to request data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may delete your account at any time. Only the selected image is uploaded for cloud processing. A 550W account and website credits are required.

Figma stores your connection credentials and recent task identifiers locally. Disconnecting clears the credentials; cloud files follow the website retention policy. The original layer is preserved. Review the AI result before using it.
