Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") explains what you may and may not do when using 550W Watermark & Text Eraser at eraser.550wai.com (the "Service"). It supplements and forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to every user and every image or video uploaded or processed. By using the Service you agree to this AUP. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Permitted Use

You may use the Service only to process images and videos that you own or are otherwise lawfully authorized to edit — for example, removing your own watermark, logo, date stamp, hardcoded subtitle, caption, or on-screen text and reconstructing the background. You are solely responsible for holding all rights, licences, and consents needed for uploaded content and generated results.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not use the Service to: (a) upload, process, or produce adult content, pornography, nudity, or sexually explicit or suggestive material; (b) upload or process child sexual abuse material or content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors; (c) infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other proprietary rights, including removing subtitles, watermarks, logos, or marks to facilitate infringement or circumvent rights-management or technical-protection measures; (d) process illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, deceptive, violent, or unlawful content; (e) process images or videos of identifiable individuals without consent required by law; (f) upload malicious, disguised, or unsafe files; or (g) violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Processing Limitations

The Service is an image- and video-editing tool that removes selected overlays and reconstructs the background. It is not a generator of new explicit, deceptive, or harmful imagery, and you must not attempt to use it for such purposes. Face-swap, deepfake, and other face-manipulation uses are not permitted, and we do not offer uncensored, NSFW, or unfiltered output. Large opaque coverings or complex backgrounds may produce imperfect results.

Enforcement

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access to any account, and remove or refuse to process any content, that violates this AUP or our Terms of Service, with or without notice. We may also report unlawful content to the appropriate authorities. While we are under no general obligation to monitor content, we may review submissions where necessary to enforce this AUP or to comply with applicable law.
